By engaging inbox.consulting or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with an engagement.

2. Services

inbox.consulting provides email security and deliverability consultancy services, including but not limited to DNS authentication configuration, Microsoft 365 hardening, DMARC implementation, and ongoing managed protection. The scope of each engagement is agreed in writing prior to commencement.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their email infrastructure, granting necessary access to carry out agreed work, and implementing recommendations within their own systems. inbox.consulting is not liable for issues arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

4. Confidentiality

All technical information shared during an engagement is treated as confidential. We do not disclose client infrastructure details, configurations, or findings to third parties without explicit consent.

5. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients. Continued use of our services following any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
